ICD-10 Diagnosis Code Update for DMHAS/DDaP Programs

Overview
We have updated the Mental Health Diagnosis Assessment to include missing ICD-10 codes. Specifically, codes F34.89 and F43.89 are now available as searchable options within the Axis 1 selection lookup.
Impact & Necessary Actions
Users recording mental health assessments for DMHAS or DDaP programs can now select these specific codes. No manual system modifications are required by end users; however, staff should ensure they are using these updated codes for applicable client diagnoses moving forward.
