CT HMIS will be down for 30-45 minutes HMIS Downtime Sept 14th. 10 PM for an emergency patch to fix issues with referral creation for PATH and other program types. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Attention HMIS Users: HMIS/Caseworthy will be offline briefly on Labor Day – Monday, Sept. 5th, for approximately 10 minutes between 5:00am and 5:30am for routine maintenance.
