As you know, to ensure that all Renewal Evaluation reports have the most up-to-date information, we refreshed all data in RED last week. Even if you have reviewed the reports in the past, please be sure to take a moment to look at your final renewal evaluation results.

Score Change Requests are due Tuesday, 3/12/24!

After reviewing the results, projects that remain dissatisfied with their evaluation score may request a score change using the “Change Request or Grievance” feature in RED. Only change requests submitted in RED will be considered.

Please note, when the reports were refreshed last week, score change requests previously submitted may no longer visible in RED. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please resubmit any score change requests that are not visible in RED that you want considered.

Also, per the policy adopted by the CT BOS CoC Steering Committee, we will not consider changes that are based on data changes made after the deadline, disagreements with the evaluation standards or change requests based on circumstances that are commonly experienced across projects (e.g., a challenging housing market, staff turnover, or housing stability challenges commonly faced by participants). The CT BOS team will review all change requests, make any score adjustments, and notify providers of the outcome. Any allowable score change requests that do not result in a score adjustment, will be referred to the Grievance Committee.

Grievances

CT BOS uses a Grievance Committee to ensure a fair and accessible process for providers to appeal Renewal Evaluation scores. Grievance Committee members are appointed by the CT BOS Co-Chairs and issue a written decision once the committee has met.

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thank you for your help and patience with this process!
