Consumer Surveys

If you submitted CT BOS surveys, your results are in RED. For agencies using the DMHAS survey, CT BOS is still working on those results and they will let you know once they are final.

Data Quality Updates

As mentioned, Nutmeg has determined that most of the unexpected results in RED are due to data quality issues that are not visible in the APR. To help you to identify and correct those issues, they have provided this list of the most common data quality problems:

  • Incomplete Assessments
  • Duplicate Assessments with the same start date or in the same annual report date range
  • Missing Annual assessments
  • Missing Exit Assessments
