Renewal Evaluation Database (RED)

CT BOS has extended the deadlines to submit support requests, make data changes and complete the final data refresh in RED. Nutmeg has determined that most of the unexpected results in RED are due to data quality issues that are not visible in the APR. To help you to identify and correct those issues, Nutmeg is adding new features to the Data Quality Alert Dashboard (DQAD) in HMIS. Stay tuned for more information. In the meantime, CT BOS is holding off on setting the deadlines to submit support requests, make data changes and complete the final data refresh in RED

 

Please note that the deadline remains 12/6/23 to:

·     Submit consumer surveys and

·     Complete the grant assessment review and the preliminary data refresh in RED.

 

DMHAS Surveys

DMHAS has confirmed that providers may continue to submit consumer satisfaction surveys to DMHAS through the 12/6/23 survey due date. To access DMHAS consumer satisfaction surveys see:  DMHAS Annual Consumer Satisfaction Survey Webpage

 

Reminder: If your agency participates in the DMHAS consumer survey process, you may complete the DMHAS surveys instead of the CT BOS Consumer surveys. This year’s process has been updated so that DMHAS will now send survey data directly to CT BOS. Providers should not submit DMHAS surveys to CT BOS.  CT BOS will obtain surveys directly from DMHAS. This will occur after the 12/6 survey submission deadline. RED will indicate that no surveys have been submitted until after CT BOS obtains and enters the data provided by DMHAS.
