Dear Providers:

We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the sun. As you know, each year BOS evaluates the over 110 CT BOS HUD CoC funded projects.

Please take a moment to review the 2026 BOS renewal evaluation process, tasks and key dates. Also, please review 2026 BOS Renewal Evaluation Instructions (document has details that are not included in this e-mail).

2026 RENEWAL EVALUATION WEBINAR & RENEWAL EVALUATION DATABASE (RED) LAUNCH

• CT BOS uses RED to evaluate projects using the 2026 CT BOS Renewal Evaluation Criteria. Providers will need to log into RED (RED Log-in) to see scores, request scoring changes and submit Corrective Action Plans.

We encourage each CT BOS recipient/subrecipient agency to send at least one representative to this webinar.  It will also be recorded and posted to the CT BOS Renewal Evaluation Webpage.

RENEWAL EVALUATION DEADLINES & KEY DATES

• 11/14/25: Deadline to review the 2026 Renewal Evaluation Project List
• Please review 2026 BOS Renewal Evaluation Project List. Submit a support request from the RED support tab to let us know about any corrections. Only projects listed in this document will be evaluated this year. To ensure your projects appear correctly in RED, please ensure that no projects initially funded in the 2023 CoC competition or before are missing and that the Lead Agency and HMIS IDs are correct.
• 12/9/25: Renewal Evaluation Launch Webinar & RED opens!
• 1/14/26 Deadline to:
• Submit CT BOS consumer surveys to CT BOS.  Link to Participant Surveys by Program & paper surveys: 2026 BOS Participant Survey – English & 2026 BOS Participant Survey – Spanish
• Complete the initial submission process in RED (i.e., complete grant assessment review and refresh data)
• Submit support requests to let us know that you need help or you think something in RED is incorrect.

Please note, SNOFO Outreach projects will receive separate instructions for their evaluation process.
