e-snaps is Open & Project Instructions are out!
Deadline to submit projects in Zengine: 7/29/26
Dear CoC Providers,
As you know, e-snaps is open. Now, the detailed instructions are available for renewal and new project applications.
Please take a moment to read the entire e-mail as there is a lot of important information!
For PSH Projects where DMHAS is the grantee, we have created the renewal projects in esnaps. Please see the reference list below to see who needs to complete the applications.
Project Submission Deadline for all projects (renewals and new) Wednesday, July 29th
- Please review the relevant documents under Resources below before you submit your application to CT BOS.
- Please complete in e-snaps, PDF and submit draft application in Zengine. Please do not submit in esnaps until you are instructed to do so.
- Make revisions as necessary and re-submit within 3 days of receiving feedback
HUD CoC Competition Project Information Resource
Review the document linked below to ensure that applicants know: project submission name, budget details, agency responsible for application submission, project component type (e.g TH, PSH), project application type (e.g. Renewal, New).
Note:
- Projects with no funds in the total budget column are being reallocated to a large SSO grant – and applicants/subrecipients other than DMHAS have no follow-up tasks at this time.
- All new projects, including transition grants are requested to add $1 to the HMIS budget line item to enable potential movement of funds to that line in the case of underspending.
