Dear Colleagues,
Thanks to those who came out to the CT BOS CoC Renewal and New Project Application webinars this week. We appreciate your participation during these trying times. Below are updates on project application submissions, FAQs for providers, and links to the recordings and slides from the two webinars.
HUD CoC Competition Project Submissions and Budgets
We have received questions from providers about PSH renewal projects where supportive services funding is being reallocated and consolidated into large Services Only grant(s) and DMHAS or DOH is the renewal grantee – who is responsible for completing the PSH or RRH renewal project application? The answer depends on the configuration of the project. In short, we understand that your teams are very busy, and you will not be responsible for completing project applications for projects on which you may not get a subaward.
To ensure that applicants know the name of their project, budget line items and who is in charge of submitting which applications in esnaps, please look at the links below:
Please note, projects with $0 in the New Project 2026 Project Application Budget line are being reallocated to a large SSO grant.
