“Outcomes” Menu item added to “Services Only” role

Overview
The “Outcomes” menu item has been added to the “Services Only” role, broadening what can be collected under that role. Currently all default HUD “Services Only programs” have no requirement for this data entry type and no data entry changes are expected, this was added for future potential use and for custom program setups that may require it.
