BNL v.2.11 has now been released with the addition of 3 important updates. 

The first update is the addition of the “Would the client accept shared housing if offered?” (Yes/No) field.  This allowed the collection of shared living preferences to better facilitate housing matches. 

The second update to the BNL is the Current Living Situation column on the BNL has been updated to use the most recent current living situation in the report period instead of the most recent “Current Living situation” associated with the qualifying program in period.

And finally, the Literally Homeless (LH) Projects definition has been updated to include new logic on handling Street Outreach programs with a subtype of “DMHAS/DDAP – H2H”  to only include those qualifying enrollments if the latest “Current Living Situation” in the report period is one of the following:

• Emergency Shelter including hotel or motel paid for with emergency shelter voucher or RHY Funded Host Home Shelter  
• Place not meant for habitation (e.g., a vehicle, an abandoned building, bus/train/subway station/airport or anywhere outside  
• Safe Haven
