Overview

The actions that occur when enrollment, services, and bedlist enrollments are deleted.

Instructions

When a Program Enrollment is deleted

1. Services associated with that enrollment are no longer visible but are not technically marked as deleted
   1. Services are NOT given a deleted date or deleted by value
   2. Services will no longer show on reports
2. Case notes associated with Enrollments are still visible
3. When a program Enrollment is restored from the recycling bin, the services are made visible again and do not need to be individually restored.

When a Service is deleted via the “Delete” drop-down

1. The service is moved to the recycling bin
2. Deleted Date/By fields are populated
3. Last Modified By/Date is NOT changed

When a Bedlist enrollment is deleted

1. The bedlist enrollment is moved to the recycling bin
2. The services associated with the bedlist are given a deleted date, but not given a DeletedBy value
3. When an Enrollment is restored
   1. Serves are NOT undeleted and will have to be manually restored via the recycling bin
