Instructions on how to complete an assessment through the pending process.

Completing a Pending Assessment
- Find your client using the “Find client” button and search their client ID
- After your client is loaded in the top left corner proceed to “Client/Case Management” then select “Program Enrollment”
- Select the gear for the program enrollment that is currently displaying “Assessments Pending”
- Select “Complete Assessments” which will open the assessment workflow window
- Ensure that every required field (indicated by the gray stars) is filled out with the correct information
- When finished hit “save” in the bottom right corner of the window
