Overview
New Features & Updates
Spell Checker in Rich Text Editor
- Implemented a spellchecker feature in the rich text editor.
- Spelling, grammar, and punctuation suggestions now appear on hover as you type or in a separate dialog aggregating all mistakes and replacement suggestions.
HUD Universal – Length of Stay Update
- Updated HUD Universal validation rules to allow the “Length of Stay” field to be visible for heads of households and adults. Previously, it was not displayed for certain project types.
HMIS Geography Type Update
- Updated HMIS Geography Type mapping with the latest ZIP code mappings from HUD.
Chronic Homeless Logic Update
- Updated the Chronically Homeless status logic in the HUD Program Assessment.
- Resolved specific cases where the Living Situation selection was failing to trigger an automatic status update.
Current Living Situation Field Update
- Updated the “Current Living Situation” field on the Current Living Situation Summary form to use the latest list of values.
- Previously, an outdated list was used, leading to incorrect values being displayed.
Bug Fixes & System Improvements
HUD CSV Export Fix
- Resolved an issue where incorrect move-in dates were populating on the HUD CSV export for household members added later.
Program Wait List Form Update
- Updated the Program Wait List form on the My CaseWorthy tab to resolve a filtering issue where users couldn’t see their own wait list records.
- Improved load times for better performance.
Case Note Error Fix
- Fixed an issue where certain case notes displayed an “Index was outside the bounds of array” error when attempting to preview them.
HUD Universal Display Fix
- Updated HUD Universal to correctly display the “Length of Stay” field when prerequisite questions are answered.
