2025 CT BOS Renewal Evaluation

Deadline for data changes: 2/19/25

Dear Providers,

Thank you for your hard work during the renewal evaluation process!

As you know, last week, we refreshed the reports in RED for your review. The reports include all spending and consumer survey data that will be used for 2025 evaluations.  Please take a moment to review your reports.

The deadline for providers to make data changes and refresh data in RED is next Wednesday, 2/19/25.

For DV projects that use a comparable database in lieu of HMIS, please be sure to upload your most current APR to RED. Doing so will refresh spending and consumer survey data.

If you need help fixing data quality problems, use the link on the RED support tab for CoC Renewal Evaluation Help Desk

to submit a ticket to Nutmeg.

We will send another email once the deadline for you to make data changes has passed, and the final reports are available. We will let you know at that time how to request score changes if you believe that your final report is incorrect. The change request feature in RED is not yet open.
