Dear Colleagues,
The CT Statewide Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Requirements & Operations Guide has been updated. The guide establishes standard concepts, definitions, policies and procedures for all CT statewide Continuum of Care PSH Programs.
Significant changes are summarized below:
- Added that documentation of rent reasonableness determinations, including 3 comparable units, must be maintained in participants’ files
- Added information on Quarterly Progress Report requirements for SNOFO projects
- Added information on payment for vacant units in leasing projects
- Added information on VAWA Budget Line Item
