Now we’re ready for our hosting transition announced previously for the CT HMIS Database, we wanted to provide you with additional information. The co-host environment will go live on Wednesday, Jul 2, 2025. The CTHMIS Database will be offline from 7am – 3pm so please plan accordingly.
We’re moving from a traditional application server to Microsoft’s Azure Cloud service, managed by our HMIS software vendor CaseWorthy. As part of this change, responsibility for things like server stability, speed and some aspects of security will no longer be managed by Nutmeg Consulting and will instead be managed by the vendor. This will allow Nutmeg Consulting to focus more on customizations such as interface and workflow changes, reporting and dashboarding and user support. Since our system will be cloud-based, we’ll most get the benefit of easily being able to allocate additional server resources to the CT HMIS database as it grows and its usage increases, keeping the system fast and stable.
The Data Warehouse and Training environments will follow shortly, with a launch date to be announced soon.
What Will Remain the Same
- Nutmeg Consulting will still provide the support and training you’re used to and respond to tickets from help@nutmegit.com and the CTHMIS.com support website.
What Will Change
- The URL will change from https://home.cthmis.com/cceh.caseworthy to https://prod.caseworthy.com/cthmis_prod.caseworthy
- Bookmarks – Please edit the bookmark you use to access the CT HMIS database and update it to the updated URL above
