Update to Coordinated Access Network (CAN) Policies & Procedures Manual

The CT BOS Steering Committee voted to update both the CT BOS Governance Charter and the CAN Policies and Procedures Manual.

Updated documents:

• CT BOS Governance Charter & CT BOS Governance Charter Change Summary (notes the latest changes)
• CT CAN Policies and Procedures Manual
• Updated to eliminate for Transitional Housing Projects: “Projects may serve only participants with income below 30% of area median income (AMI).” During monitoring, it was observed that only very low income people were accessing CoC projects. This requirement seemed unnecessary and was removed to help expedite the application process for TH and remove administrative burdens.
