Youth Appearing on BNL Resolved

Overview
In June 2024, the BNL inclusion criteria was updated so the rules for youth enrolled in the ODFC Youth Navigator programs aligned with those enrolled in the CT BOS Youth Navigator programs. However, there were several youth active on the BNL with an ODFC Youth Navigator project as their Qualifying Program who didn’t meet the inclusion criteria. This issue has been reviewed and resolved.
