The issue where the Subcommunity column on the BNL v2.16 and the *Coordinated Access (Input) – CA – CE2 *form was not displaying all subcommunities has been resolved. The form is now functioning correctly and displaying Subcommunities for each community as expected:

• 2 – Fairfield County
• 4 – Meriden / Middlesex
• 7 – Northwest
• 9 – Eastern

As a result, the Subcommunity field appears blank for Fairfield County, Meriden / Middlesex, and Northwest communities on the BNL v2.16 report until users update this field for clients currently listed.
