HOPWA APR – Exit Destination Category Labels Updated

Overview
The HOPWA APR has been updated to use the latest HUD Data Standards for Exit Destination Category labels. The updated categories and labels are now reflected in the HOPWA APR reporting logic.
The Old Exit Destination Categories were:
- Emergency Shelter/Streets
- Temporary Housing
- Private Housing
- OTHER HOPWA
- Other Subsidy
- Institution
- Jail
- Unknown
- Death
The new Exit Destination Categories in the HOPWA APR Report are:
- PERMANENT HOUSING SITUATIONS
- HOMELESS SITUATIONS
- INSTITUTIONAL SITUATIONS
- TEMPORARY HOUSING SITUATIONS
- OTHER
Impact & Necessary Actions
No action is required. The HOPWA APR will now reflect the updated HUD Exit Destination categories and labels.
