In anticipation of the release of the 2024 HUD Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), we request that you take a moment to review and take the action steps below to ensure that you are in the best position possible when it is released.

•  Update your applicant profile in esnaps:
• Applicant Profile Instructions
• Ensure that you have at least two users in the e-snaps system and that those users are trained in/familiar with the system:
• Adding e-snaps users
• When another staff member has access to org’s account
• When no one has access to org’s account
• e-snaps 101 Toolkit
• e-snaps 201 Tookit
• Make sure all staff working on NOFO are registered to receive BOS emails:
• Sign up for BOS e-mails
• Ensure Zengine contacts are up to date:
• Zengine Instructions
• Once Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW) is released, review immediately
