CT HMIS – CAN Issue with HUD Financial Assessment
CT HMIS Users:
We have verified a reported CAN issue with the HUD Financial Assessment.
We have escalated this issue and will provide an update as soon as it is resolved. Here is a work around that can be used while pending resolution:
You can still create CAN enrollments for your clients and complete the entry HUD Financial Assessment outside the enrollment workflow. Follow these steps:
- While under the CAN role: On the left-side menu, select Client Management. Within the submenu, select HUD Assessments Dashboard.
- On the HUD Assessments Dashboard, select the option: Financial Assessment
- On the Financial Assessment Summary page, select Add New.
- On the HUD Financial Assessment page, select No assessment selected. Within that dropdown, select the At Entry CAN assessment [the most CAN assessment you created].
- Complete all required questions and select Save when done.
