On September 15, we held the CT HMIS Central Identity Login Transition: What Users Need to Know webinar to discuss CaseWorthy’s upcoming login system migration on September 21, 2026 at 8pm ET. This transition will improve security and streamline your access to the CT HMIS databases.

Critical Action Required: Update Your MFA Settings Central Identity does not support email-only Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If you currently use email as your only MFA method, you must add an SMS/Text number to ensure continued access on or after September 21, 2026. (Note: If you currently use SMS as your MFA option, no action is required.)
