We are pleased to announce upcoming training sessions regarding the FY2024 HMIS Data Standards changes. These changes will officially take effect on Sunday, October 1, 2023, with full implementation in CT HMIS scheduled for Monday, October 9, 2023. We will make updated Intake and Discharge forms available for download on cthmis.com by no later than Friday, September 29, 2023.

Both webinars will cover the same material so you only need to join one. We’re offering two to try to accommodate the users schedules and provide the ability to ask questions during each session. The webinars will be recorded and posted for those unable to attend.
