We’ve successfully made it through the first week post-update! Please take a moment to review the CT HMIS CaseWorthy 2024 Data Standards Upgrade – Known Issues List, which includes information on both resolved and open issues as of 10/13/23. Here are a couple of noteable updates from the list:

1. DOH Shelter Utilization Report (SUR) issue – This has been resolved. All Emergency Shelters will now correctly display for their respective Organization/Provider.
2. CoC APR FY 2024 v. 1 – Issue with Q6b displaying Q6a when the hyperlink is clicked – We are currently awaiting a resolution from the vendor.
