The purpose of this training is to show current CT HMIS users with the Coordinated Access – Network Role, how to properly schedule a client’s appointment in CT HMIS for Walk-In clients that have not been referred through 211 and rescheduling appointments.

Attendees of this training are required to have a current CT HMIS user account with the Coordinated Access – Network Role. This training is not intended for new users that need access to CT HMIS or for users with the Coordinated Access – 211 Role in CT HMIS.
