The scheduled changes to the DMHAS Funded PATH Outreach programs have been rolled out as of 8/1/2022. The new DMHAS PATH Street Outreach Role, Custom Assessments and Workflows are now available for your program’s use.

Users who belong to an organization with this DMHAS Funded Program type have been trained and should now see the additional role “DMHAS PATH Street Outreach” available under their HMIS User accounts.

If your program is lacking the correct assessments or a user does not have access to the new Role/Workflows, please contact help@nutmegit.com. Please title your email “DMHAS PATH Street Outreach” and provide the Program Name and/or Username requiring setup or access. Please contact us if you no longer need access to the Street Outreach Role as well.
