UPDATE: This update completed successfully and the CT HMIS database is back online.
Attention HMIS Users:
The CT HMIS Database will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance and updates on 5/5/2021 beginning at 11PM and ending at 12:30AM.
In this update, the Coordinated Entry Assessment fields shown below will only be collected for the Head of Household.
Also, there are some minor interface changes that will come along with this update as well. The example of the “Updated Service Spreadsheet” below will show you the changes to the forms that had checkboxes for selection to checkmarks.
