CT HMIS / CASEWORTHY – Status Update
 

Attention all HMIS users,

The CT HMIS Database is still currently offline for upgrades, Nutmeg Consulting continues to work with the CaseWorthy to resolve issues with the 211 / Emergency Shelter checkin process, a status update email will go out at 10AM Friday morning

with updates.

Attention all HMIS users,

 

There will be a version upgrade to HMIS to incorporate the new HUD data standard changes. The system will be taken off line on 10/10/2017 and will be back online on 10/12/2017. This means there will be no data entry done in HMIS between 10/10 – 10/12.

 

All updates to client records will
need to be maintained on paper until the system goes live on 10/12/2017.

 

Once the system goes live on
10/12/2017, there will be an open meeting link for users to access should they
need live support post upgrade.
