- PSH/RRH Returns to Homelessness: Tracks client exits from Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) programs, analyzing transitions back to homelessness and housing instability over the past six months.
- CT Homeless Services Rent Crisis Analysis Dashboard: Tracks rental payouts, average rent, and unduplicated clients over time, highlighting regional trends to support data-driven decisions on homelessness prevention.
- Exits from Emergency Shelter and Street Outreach Dashboard: Weekly updated metrics on client exits from shelters and outreach programs, offering filters for in-depth analysis of transitions to various housing situations.
- Point-in-Time (PiT) Count Dashboard: Provides an annual snapshot of homelessness in Connecticut, detailing sheltered and unsheltered populations, demographic breakdowns, sub-populations, and trends over time.
- Beyond PIT – Homeless Yearly Totals: A comprehensive, year-round analysis of homelessness trends, breaking down data by type, race, region, and population, empowering data-driven decisions beyond the traditional Point-in-Time (PIT) count.
