Nutmeg will be holding an HMIS Homeless Verification Form Training to help ensure accurate homeless verification in HMIS. Please make sure that you or your staff attend this important training!

• Use the Snapshot feature
• Use enrollment data, Current Living Situation records, bed nights to complete the verification process
