Dear HMIS Users,

Connecticut will soon begin moving to a new HMIS system called Clarity by Bitfocus. This change will happen over the next 9 months.

Clarity is easier to use and includes helpful features like waitlists, reports, and improved data tools. The change is being supported by state partners and was chosen after a careful review process.

What you need to know:

• No action is needed right now.
• You should continue to keep your HMIS data accurate and up to date.
• Nutmeg Consulting will continue to provide HMIS support.
• We will share updates, training, and timelines as the project moves forward.
