HUD Notice of Funding Opportunity

(NOFO) Released!

Dear Colleagues:

HUD has released the Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Link to HUD NOFO The deadline for the CoC to submit the Consolidated Application to HUD is 1/14/26. The CT BOS team is reviewing the NOFO and will provide more information next week.

No esnaps materials (including applications and instructions) are currently available. BOS will send out as soon as HUD releases them.

Provider Preparations – What can I do now?

• e-snaps has a new security measure that renders users inactive after a 3-month period without logging in. Users that have been locked out should contact the esnaps helpdesk (at: e-snaps@hud.gov) ASAP and request that their password be reset so they can have active access again.
• Please take a moment to ensure that your e-snaps applicant profile is up to date.
