Dear Colleagues:
As you probably know, the FY2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) contains new requirements related to illicit drugs and use of harm reduction strategies. We know that many of you have related questions, and our team has compiled Frequently Asked Questions – HUD Policies Regarding Illicit Drug Use.
In addition, the CT BOS Policies have been updated:
Policy revisions include:
- Updates to align with HUD Policies Regarding Illicit Drug Use
- Updates to reflect that the CT BOS CoC Participant Rights Notice has been consolidated to include participant/applicant rights, emergency transfer rights, and grievance rights
