We are implementing an important update to how we process Designation of Access (DOA) tickets. Effective immediately, we will no longer keep DOA tickets open indefinitely. Instead, the “On Hold” status will be discontinued, and once a ticket is processed, it will be set to “Waiting on Customer.” If there is no response or the required training is not completed within two weeks, the ticket will automatically close.
However, if your ticket is closed, don’t worry! You can submit a new ticket at any time. In some cases, we may be able to reopen a previously submitted ticket within 2-3 days of its closure.
This change comes as all necessary trainings are now available on demand through our LMS, eliminating the need to wait for scheduled training sessions.
