We have identified an issue where the # Months Homeless (Last Three Years) field on the Homeless History Form may display an inaccurate number of months homeless. In some cases, the calculated total exceeds the number of months supported by the available client history.

For example, the field may report 32 months when the available history supports a lower total. The discrepancy may be related to how the form calculates months across program enrollments and housing situations, including Street Outreach enrollments where a client may be housed.

We are actively investigating the calculation to determine the cause of these discrepancies and ensure the field accurately reflects the applicable homeless history. This issue may affect the months homeless information displayed on the By-Name List (BNL).
