We’re excited to announce that on 9/29/22, the DOH Coordinated Access Network Workflows in CT HMIS will be changing. The new workflows (Process Referral & Complete Enrollment) will contain new forms and assessments. There will be 2 webinar sessions held to review and explain these changes in CT HMIS. The changes will impact all users of the Coordinated Access-Network Role, that enter data using either of these workflows.
All current CT HMIS CAN users are required to attend at least one of the webinars. Please use one of the webinar links to register for a date of your choosing. The webinar will be recorded and posted to cthmis.com for those that cannot attend.
