Eligibility of TH Tenants for
TH Conversions
Dear Colleagues,
HUD has issued new Transition Eligibility Guidance for projects that will transition from Permanent Housing (PH) in the form of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Rapid Rehousing (RRH), or Joint TH/RRH to Transitional Housing (TH).
In short, people residing in PSH/RRH/Joint projects being eliminated may quality for new TH projects under Category 2 or Category 4 under certain circumstances. Examples of qualifying documentation are provided in the slides below.
