From CT BOS:

Dear HUD CoC Grantees,

Yesterday, the new 2024 CoC Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) was released. This means that if you have a project funded by CoC, DV Bonus or YHDP funds that will end by December 31, 2024, you will need to apply to renew it.

Similarly to last year, we are holding a webinar to explain the steps to complete this renewal application before we know the date e-snaps (the submission platform) will open. The webinar will be recorded and put on the CT BOS website, but it is a good idea to join the live session if at all possible. This way, you can ask questions and get help, especially if you’re new to e-snaps or this process.

New this year:

  • Staff will stay on Zoom link after presentation to provide technical assistance
  • Additional office hours session will be scheduled prior to renewal due date

The anticipated due date for renewal project applications is 7 business days from the date that the project applications are available in e-Snaps.

Instructions from last year are linked below and are expected to be similar. We will update those materials as they become available.
