Known Issue — Returns to Homelessness

Dear Providers:

We hope you are doing well and enjoying the sun!

Unfortunately, there is still a known issue with Returns to Homelessness (RTH) in RED and results/scores in the system are not accurate. Nutmeg is working on the issue.

We will extend the deadlines for submission of support tickets and finalizing data in RED. We will let you know the new deadlines once the RTH is remedied.

Additionally, some consumer survey results had been showing up incorrectly in the system but now are fine. Please refresh your data to see your consumer survey results.
