Overview

Nutmeg has created a new tool, offering users a simplified approach to accessing and managing client information effectively within CT HMIS.

This tool allows for quick viewing and editing of a client’s data.  It contains two columns (Label and Data) to show you the metric (Label) and it’s relevant information (Data).

 

By clicking on the gear next to each label, users can quickly view the corresponding form and edit if necessary.

 

This new feature offers the following:
Label & Data: 18 Metrics are tracked, allowing users to view metric names and corresponding values, with an option to edit data effortlessly.
Client Info: Detailed information available on demographics, contact details, health insurance, income, veteran status, and more.
