The definition of Literally Homeless (LH) Projects has been updated to refine how Street Outreach programs with a subtype of “DMHAS/DDAP – H2H” (54) are included in reports. This update ensures that only qualifying enrollments are counted if the latest Current Living Situation during the report period is one of the following:

• Emergency Shelter, including hotel/motel paid for with emergency shelter voucher or RHY Funded Host Home Shelter
  Place not meant for habitation (e.g., vehicle, abandoned building, bus/train/subway station, airport, or anywhere outside)
  Safe Haven

This update ensures that reporting accurately reflects individuals who meet the criteria for Literally Homeless under Street Outreach programs with the specified subtype.
