Overview
The CA Workflow Issue page has been updated to filter out family members under the age of 18. Previously, the page was incorrectly displaying all family members (including children) for CAN enrollments, often flagging them with “No Referral, No Appointment” errors. The logic has been refined to ensure only adults (18+) and Heads of Household are displayed, significantly reducing the volume of records to review.
Users will notice a significant decrease in the number of records on this page (total client count reduced from 9,520 to 1,676). No manual action is required from users, but please verify that your workflow lists are now restricted to adult clients.
