Case Management Roles Updated!
Published: August 21, 2026

Overview

A new Incomplete Enrollments form is now available to help users identify records that have incomplete enrollment-related activities requiring follow-up. The form displays Program Enrollments with the following statuses:

  • Assessment Pending
  • Enrollment Pending

An Enrollment Status filter allows users to narrow the results by status, making it easier to locate specific records when there are a large number of incomplete enrollments.

Impact & Necessary Actions

Users can use the Incomplete Enrollments form to identify records requiring follow-up and use the Enrollment Status filter to focus on records with a specific pending status. No action is required. Users may begin using the new form as needed.
