Overview

We have resolved a technical issue where the Coordinated Entry (CE) Event form was incorrectly displaying the baseline system version (Service and Referral options only) instead of the CT HMIS customized form.

Impact & Necessary Actions

Resolution: The full suite of customized fields is now visible and functional.

User Action: If you previously bypassed data entry due to missing fields, please return to those records to complete the required custom information.

Support: If you still encounter the baseline view, please clear your browser cache or submit a ticket at https://cthmis.com/support/.
