Client Status on BNL V2 and BNL Status Dashboard bugfix

Overview
The BNL Status Dashboard has had a bug fixed that had caused some clients that are on the BNL V2 to show an incorrect status on the BNL Status dashboard. The sync has been corrected and now both the Client Status on the BNL V2 and the BNL Status Dashboard report the same value.
