Overview
The issue where the Coordinated Entry (CE) Events page was incorrectly displaying the generic baseline form instead of the customized CT HMIS Coordinated Entry Event Summary form has been resolved. This fix ensures that users see consistent, customized data—including referral information—regardless of the navigation path used to access the events.
Users no longer need to use alternative navigation paths to view the correct data. The customized form is now standardized across all relevant access points. If you continue to see the baseline form, please clear your browser cache or submit a support ticket.
