DDaP Export Report Corrected
Published: June 24, 2025

Overview

Multiple issues affecting the DDaP Export Report have been resolved. This update addresses discrepancies in assessment dates (ID53 and ID86), ensuring the report pulls the latest and most relevant DMHAS assessment dates (Entry, During, or Discharge) and excludes unintended assessment types (like Acuity or Annual). Previously blank or missing data fields, including insurance, marital status, employment, diagnosis, and various client demographic details (ID56, ID57, ID60, ID61), are now correctly populated. The report’s filtering logic has been refined to ensure all eligible clients are included, and rows without services are no longer erroneously displayed. Additionally, the report’s name format has been updated to align with the retiring report’s naming convention.

Impact & Necessary Actions

Users are encouraged to review their DDaP Export Reports to confirm the accuracy of the data. No specific actions are required from users regarding system modification or behavior change.
