We’ve updated the “Case Manager / Mentor” screen with enhancements to allow greater flexibility when selecting a case manager. 

Previously, the “Entity Type” dropdown did not function with certain options such as contacts consistently. We’ve improved this so contacts from the user’s current organization are searchable. This allows users to create a contact for a Case Manager that is not currently in the CaseWorthy system as a user by going to “Case Management > Family and Contacts”.

You can also now filter your list of users based on any organization in the system, which defaults to your current organization, this can be updated to select another organization.
