An update was made to the Expired ROI Report (Org) to fix a bug where certain clients were being excluded from the results. The report logic has been adjusted to handle these scenarios, ensuring all clients with expired ROIs are accurately captured regardless of that specific data field.
Impact & Necessary Actions
Users running this report for their programs should now see a complete list of clients with expired records. No additional action is required, though agencies are encouraged to re-run the report to identify any previously hidden expired ROIs.
